Kiri studies Kriya Yoga with Virochana Khalsa (kundalini) & Dhaya Dorje (dragon buddha) & practices meditation & embodied counselling.

Benefit from daily practise at Wholeness River Retreat. Yoga is a remedy for body & soul, a way to oxygenate and destress. The benefits of regular practise are : personal presence & peace, as well as detoxification & alignment of our body with our spiritual life.

1 hour yoga (single) $20 (two or more) $15 each

Kundalini Yoga warm-up 30 mins $15

Meditation 30 mins $10
